For this project, fellow designer Matthias Lewis and I were tasked with building a complete brand identity for a recruitment training company. The clients wanted it all: something timeless yet innovative, professional yet approachable, with a touch of tech-forward personality.

We approached the challenge with genuine excitement. Matthias led the work on logo design and typography, while I focused on illustration and color. But in truth, the process was deeply collaborative. We exchanged ideas constantly, built on each other’s strengths, and developed a cohesive visual system that balanced polish with personality.
